Returns

We are sorry to hear that your order was not what you expected.  We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on items that you are not quite happy with.

You can, within 28 calendar days of receiving a Product purchased from Bodhi Me Ltd. return any Product that you are not completely happy with.  We will offer a refund or exchange on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition purchased within 28 days of receipt of the Product with proof of purchase (email or paper receipt).  Sale items may be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase.

For exchanges, we will send you a replacement within 14 calendar days from the date we receive your returned items.  If the item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to make further arrangements.

Please note that we are not able to refund the delivery costs paid initially for the purchase of the order.

Once you decide to return any Product you must not use it and must take good care of it while it remains in your possession. The Product must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered or not worn other than to try the Product(s) on and in the same state that it was sold to you.  Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and the Product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging.

Faulty items may be returned at any time.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return an item, please email us at returns@bodhime.com and provide as much information as possible on the reasons for the return or exchange.  We will provide you with details to send the item back to us.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.  Please note that the return parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please keep proof of postage.  We recommend that you return your items via registered post.  Once we have received the returned items, we will examine the returned product(s) and will notify you of your refund.  We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 30 calendar days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product(s).  Products returned by you because of a manufacturing defect will be refunded, excluding the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
